Client: The Stress Company
Calm Botanicals is a new line of herbal remedies for stress, sleep, immunity, and energy support.
I was approached by The Stress Company to convey the essence of their product line, Calm Botanicals, in a logo. I created a simple mark that reads well on small bottles, used curved shapes for a soothing feel, and infused a subtle background texture to imitate coloring found in nature. The illustrated leaf signifies the herbal components of the natural products.
The tincture bottles in the product line are small, so it was necessary to keep the label design simple, with clear definition between products. This was achieved through use of bold typography and vivid colors. Rough hand-drawn background icons add a natural, humanistic element to each.
